Our Programs
Residential Treatment
Pathfinder’s residential treatment program incorporates healing therapeutic and clinical services in one of San Diego’s historical urban neighborhoods. Residential treatment is often the first step to living a life in recovery. Residents are given the necessary tools and support to succeed in living a sober life.
Drug/Alcohol-Free Living
Our sober living home is an alcohol-and drug-free environment that provides safe housing and supportive, structured living. It serves as a transitional environment between residential treatment and fully independent living.
Permanent Supportive Housing
Our North Park property provides permanent supportive housing as a best practice intervention for addressing homelessness. It combines permanent, subsidized housing with voluntary, wraparound supportive services, including case management for populations with disabilities and other significant needs.
Ongoing Projects
These are our largest projects that are currently taking place. If you are interested in supporting one of these projects or donating supplies to Pathfinders, please reach out to Sean Verner or Christopher Nobbie directly. We are greatly appreciative of the support we have received thus far and are excited for the future of Pathfinders and the positive impact these projects will have on our community.
Cedar St. Front Porch
One of the most beloved areas of our property is the front porch of 2980 Cedar St. The porch is in need of new banisters, tiles, and a new concrete slab. We anticipate this cost to be $15,000. Donations could include cost of labor or supplies for the project.
Completed Projects
These were some of our largest recent projects, now successfully completed. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed time, resources, or support to make them a reality. If you’re interested in assisting with future initiatives or donating supplies to Pathfinders, please contact Sean Verner or Christopher Nobbie directly.
We’re proud of the lasting positive impact these efforts have had on our community and look forward to continuing our mission with your ongoing support!
2952 Cedar St.
After considerable restoration the project to restore this house was completed and is now a starting place for those looking to begin their journey with Pathfinders.
Dale St. Garage
The Garage behind 1530 Dale st. is our largest project. We have remodeled this space into a multi-purpose office to allow for additional beds.
